Estimating the cost of a home involves many variables and unknowns.  Select builders in your price range and general design style.  Be candid concerning your budget and submit the same floorplan to ensure apples-to-apples price comparisons.    
 
The Preliminary Design Agreement.
Retain the services of JiAngelo Builders LLC to design a truly custom home tailored to your specifications and allowances. The  fee for these services is typically 1-2 percent of the total construction cost.  When a Custom Home Design/Build Agreement is signed, the fee is applied against the purchase price of the home and offsets any further construction or lot deposit requirement.
